Voice specialist GasboxDMG has been chosen by Miele to carry out an ongoing lead generation campaign, until at least September 2011.  The campaign will see a dedicated team of agents, based at GasboxDMG's Swindon call centre, working closely with the Miele team to generate leads for Miele Professional, the commercial division of the high quality domestic appliance brand.

Miele Professional has been providing the care, hospitality, health and catering industries with high quality laundry and kitchen equipment in the UK since 1963.  To support sales and growth in this market, GasboxDMG will deliver highly focused lead generation activity, as well as providing inbound customer service support.  Marketing response handling and contact management will also fall within GasboxDMG's remit.

Lead generation for the Miele Professional dealer network will be enhanced by the use of GasboxDMG's integrated email tool, delivering the ability to engage with prospects using personalised and relevant content, priming them for a follow up call once they've opened the email communication.  GasboxDMG will also deliver an in-house tool that fully tracks all leads through the sales pipeline, providing training and support information to the partnership channel and fully tracks and responds to any interaction with electronic information, through real time alerts and summary reporting. This is available online in real time.

An online survey is also being created, with the objective of gaining a deeper understanding of the client experience at various stages of the lifecycle.  This insight can then be used to further improve new lead approaches, while having a positive impact on Miele Professional's overall service offering.

GasboxDMG will also be producing Miele Professional's newsletters with the aim of promoting brand awareness, news, product launches and specific offers to Miele's prospect and customer base. This will drive future activity and give a real insight into customer interests.

This two year contract is the next chapter in the ongoing relationship between Miele and GasboxDMG.
